  1. What is the All Fellowship’s Committee?

    • The mission of the All Fellowship’s committee is “To promote unity in All Fellowships and to provide fun in recovery for old-timers, newcomers, and everyone in between.  Our primary focus is to plan and implement the Annual All Fellowships Campout at Roosevelt Lake and other events and fundraisers decided on by the committee.”

  • What is the Roosevelt Camp Out?

    • The Roosevelt Camp Out is an annual event hosted by the All Fellowship’s Committee. 2025 will be our 16th campout (we missed one in 2020 due to Covid.)

  • Where is the Roosevelt Camp Out?

    • This year (2025) the campout will be held at Grapevine Group Recreation Site. 

    • This site is approximately 8.5 miles south of Theodore Roosevelt Dam. From Mesa: Take State Hwy. 87/Beeline Highway north for about 60 miles to its junction with State Hwy. 188. Turn right and follow State Hwy. 188 for 33 miles to its junction with State Hwy. 88. Continue on State Hwy. 188 south for another 7.5 miles to Forest Road (FR) 84/Grapevine Group Site. Turn left onto FR 84 for 2 miles to the site.

    • From the Globe area: Take State Hwy. 188 west for 23 miles to its junction with FR 84/Grapevine Group Site. Turn right onto FR 84 for 2 miles to the site.

 

  • What amenities are available at the campgrounds?

    • Each group site includes VAULT toilets, water, and shelters with group-sized picnic tables, grills, and fire rings. The group sites also include individual camp units each with a fire ring/grill, picnic table, and parking. Additional facilities include showers, a boat ramp with a platform to assist individuals getting in boats, and an event area.

    •  Additional activities include a playground for children, a sports field, and a shoreline trail for hikers and mountain bikers.

  • How much is registration?

    • Early registration for Friday through Sunday is $30. Registrations after the early cutoff are $35 and children 13 years of age and under are free.

  • Can I register for the extra day?

    • You can add Thursday to your early reservation or at the campground for an additional $10 per person. Checkin on Thursday is after 1 pm!

  • Can my children attend the camp out?

    • Children are welcome at the camp out. Children 13 and under are free with a registered adult. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult.

  • How can I pay for my registration?

    • We accept payments via mail by check or money order. Pre-registration can also be paid via Zelle by contacting us at roosevelt.campout.info@gmail.com

    • We accept check/money order/cash in person.

    • Please do not mail in cash with your registration!

  • When is check in and check out time?

    • Check in begins AFTER 1 on Thursday and closes Saturday AFTERNOON. Check-out time on Sunday is at NOON.

  • What meals are included?

    • Meals included with your registration are Saturday morning breakfast, Saturday dinner, and Sunday morning continental breakfast.

  • If I want to attend the events but don’t want to camp are there hotels located nearby?

    • There are a couple of options near the lake and several in Globe.
    • You will need to make those accommodations for yourself.
